Secretary's Report:
Minutes of the November meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer's Report:
Herby Ortiz presented the Treasurer's report which was accepted and approved.

Old Business:
George Tyler and Thurman Register are currently in the process of fabricating a proper stand for the brass bell so we may have a suitable ships bell for the "tolling of the boats."

New Business:
Election of Officers: As our base is relatively new and more members are being sought, a motion was made to reelect all officers to the positions presently held. All officers agreed to serve one (1) more year in present positions. A vote was called and the motion was approved. Also, it was agreed by all members present that our next meeting is to be held at the Piccadilly Cafeteria on West Broad Street in Richmond. This facility is free to the Virginia Base, but they request that we do eat at their establishment. Specific driving instructions will be forthcoming.

There were 14 members present at this December meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 20:45 hours.
